Lori Governor Honors Select Individuals

Despite the fact that there are numerous unresolved issues in the Lori region and that the local population is living in difficult social conditions, Lori Governor Andrey Ghukasyan has awarded several chosen individuals from the governor's office.

This was reported by National Assembly member Armen Yeghiazaryan from the Enlightened Armenia faction. He made a post on his Facebook page, along with photos of documents dated April 12, 2019.

From the documents, it becomes clear that financial awards were granted from the Lori Governorate’s budget, specifically under the category of 'Awards, Monetary Incentives, and Special Payments,' for performing specific duties and tasks diligently during the first quarter of 2019. The recipients included the governor, his advisors, assistants, the deputy chief secretary of the governor's office, department heads, and internal audit employees.

The documents reveal that a total of 16 individuals received awards, and approximately 4 million 67 thousand drams were allocated from the Lori Governorate’s resources.
