Lusavor Armenia Finds Common Ground with Tigran Avinyan
The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that weeks ago, the Lusavor Armenia parliamentary group presented its vision for the structure of the government. The head of the government staff, Edward Aghajanyan, recently told "Zhoghovurd" that the structure is final and will not be subject to any changes.
It was assumed that the authorities would not change their decision on this matter. However, "Zhoghovurd" learned that Lusavor Armenia has had discussions with Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan regarding the government structure. Following these discussions, it has been decided that certain issues need further deliberation, and it is likely that changes will occur as a result.
According to our information, particularly discussed was the issue of not subjecting the Ministry of Agriculture to optimization. "Zhoghovurd" also learned that Lusavor Armenia will present a draft law on agricultural corporations during today's session of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture, and Environmental Protection. The parliamentary group is evidently very interested in this sector.
