Dispute and Brawl Involving Former Deputy Police Chief Levon Yeranosyan, His Son, and Son-in-Law
A dispute and brawl occurred in Yerevan. According to SHAMSHYAN.com, on April 7 at approximately 21:00, a 34-year-old resident of building 24/1 on Komitas Boulevard, Georgi Garibyan, reported to the Arabkir police that a conflict had arisen in the courtyard of their building regarding domestic issues between him, 29-year-old Khachik Yeranosyan, and 30-year-old Zhora Sarukhanyan from Vanadzor, during which they inflicted blows to various parts of his body with their hands and feet.
According to the media outlet, officers from the criminal investigation department of the Arabkir police arrived at the scene and presented Kh. Yeranosyan to the Arabkir police. Garibyan informed the police that Kh. Yeranosyan is the son of former commander of the police forces, Major General Levon Yeranosyan, and that Z. Sarukhanyan is his son-in-law. They were allegedly beaten on the orders of Levon Yeranosyan, who was also a witness to the incident.
