Gohar Meloyan, Protégé of Hrayr Tovmasyan, Resigns from Position; His Department to Leave the National Assembly

The newspaper 'Iravunk' reports: 'The head of the National Assembly's Information and Analysis Department, Gohar Meloyan, who, according to our information, is a protégé of the President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan, submitted his resignation yesterday to the National Assembly President Ararat Mirzoyan.

According to our sources close to the National Assembly, Meloyan's resignation is related to the fact that the new authorities have decided to dissolve the aforementioned department entirely, replacing it with another similar department, where, most likely, activists who have been walking alongside them and currently hold no office will be employed.'
