Direct Flights Between the US and Georgia May Begin, Says Georgian Prime Minister

“We are working to start air transportation between the United States and Georgia as soon as possible,” said Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtradze during a government meeting.

“We are trying to develop economic cooperation with the US. The relations between the US and Georgia have never been at such a high level, and I emphasize the importance of direct air transportation between our countries. The Ministry of Economy is working in this direction,” Bakhtradze stated.
