Driver of Drifting Nissan Detained

A video was shared on social media today showing a Nissan vehicle in the Saralanj street of the capital, displaying blatant disrespect for other road users, and grossly violating traffic rules, including Road Safety regulations, while 'drifting' in the middle of the road.

The police's public relations department reports that Police Chief Valery Osipyan has instructed to immediately identify the offending driver and hold them accountable to the fullest extent of the law. It is noteworthy that this information was reported to the police by Radio Aurora, which also provided the video.

Moreover, police officers examined the video and identified the traffic rule violator, who was subsequently brought to the police station. The vehicle has been moved to a designated area maintained by the Road Police.

The police once again urge everyone to strictly adhere to traffic rules and not to endanger the lives and health of other road participants with reckless actions.
