Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Isakov Avenue

Today, on April 3, a fatal pedestrian accident occurred in Yerevan. At around 22:00, a 28-year-old resident of Yerevan, Hakob Mikayelyan, struck a pedestrian crossing the street illegally while driving his Opel vehicle with the license plate number 36 AC 971 near the Toyota service station on Isakov Avenue. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan at the scene, the pedestrian died on the spot. The driver did not flee and attempted to provide assistance to the injured pedestrian.
