15-year-old girl attempts suicide in Yerevan: details

Investigations are underway at the Central Police Department following a report received from Muratsan Hospital in Yerevan on April 2.

According to Shamshyan.com, the hospital reported that around 05:40, a child was transported from an apartment in one of the buildings in the central administrative district of Yerevan. Officers from the Department of Juvenile Affairs of the Central Police Department responded to the hospital and identified the child as 15-year-old N. P.

At the hospital, the child's mother informed the police that on the same day, around 04:00, her daughter had consumed a large quantity of pills in an attempt to take her own life. Thanks to the staff at the hospital, the child's life was saved.
