Snow Layer Falls on Car and Driver in Jermuk

On February 22, at 3:02 PM, a call was received by the "911" service indicating that a layer of snow accumulated on the roof of building number 6 in the Dzakhapnyak neighborhood of Jermuk, Vayots Dzor province, had fallen onto a parked vehicle and its driver. Emergency assistance was required.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that an operational group from the Fire and Rescue Service has been dispatched to the scene.

It was found that the snow layer damaged the windshield and dashboard of a "VAZ-2121" model car, and the driver, A. M. (born in 1987), sustained injuries to the face. Emergency medical personnel provided appropriate assistance to the injured party on-site.

Rescuers removed the damaged windshield from the vehicle.
