Current Road Conditions: Which Routes are Closed and Which are Difficult to Navigate
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of February 21 at 21:00, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the Republic of Armenia.
The Vardenyats Pass is closed for heavy vehicles with trailers, while passenger cars can only navigate with difficulty.
The Sotk-Karvachar road is currently difficult to traverse.
Drivers are advised to use winter tires exclusively.

According to information from the Department of Road Construction of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
Information received from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia indicates that there are vehicles piled up on the Russian side.
Construction Work Ongoing
On February 22, from 12:00 to 19:00, the section of the M-6 highway from Tumanyan to Sanahin will be closed due to blasting operations.
