Which Roads Remain Closed: Updated
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of February 20 at 22:00, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks with trailers, while it is difficult for passenger cars.
The following intercommunity roads in the Aragatsotn region are closed: Tsaghkashen-Aragatc-Vardenut, Nigavan, Lusaghbyur, Yeghipatrush, Mirak, Shoghakan, Tsaghkashen, Kuchak, Saralanj, and Sipan, Avshen, Charjik, Midnatun, Shenkani, and Lernarot villages in the Aragats region.
The Sotk-Karvachar and intercommunity roads of the Hnaberd village in the Aragatsotn region are difficult to navigate.
There are patches of black ice on the roads leading to Geghadzor village in the Aragatsotn region.
Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.

According to information from the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
According to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia Republic, there are piled-up vehicles on the Russian side.
Construction Work Underway
Construction work is being carried out from km 39 of the Vanadzor-Alaverdi road to Bagratashen.

Intercommunity traffic towards Alaverdi, Vanadzor cities, and nearby settlements should be conducted via:
- Vanadzor-Stepanavan-Agarak-Koges-Aygehatch-Odzun-Alaverdi sections of the border with Georgia.
