Stones from School's Exterior Wall Have Fallen onto Traffic Area

On February 19, at 22:06, a call was received by the emergency service "911" reporting that stones had loosened from the exterior wall of the Raffi School located at 37 Komitas Avenue in Yerevan and had fallen onto the traffic area; assistance from rescuers was needed.

This was announced by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

A firefighting and rescue team was dispatched to the scene from the Ministry's Emergency Situations Department.

It was determined that facade tiles (6 square meters) had fallen from the school's exterior wall; the firefighting and rescue team cordoned off the area.
