The central investigation department of the police is preparing materials regarding the incident of hooliganism that occurred in Yerevan on February 18. According to SHAMSHYAN.com, around 1:00 AM, a call was received at the central police department reporting a dispute among a group of young people at the '18 +' pub on Tumanyan Street.

As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, officers from the 3rd company of the patrol service have arrived at the scene, who subsequently took several young individuals into custody on suspicion of hooliganism.

According to G. Shamshyan's information, it has been revealed that the detained individuals are residents of Yerevan: 33-year-old Gurgen Sargsyan, 37-year-old Movses Mananyan, 28-year-old Andranik Hakobyan, 37-year-old Robert Abrahamyan, and 36-year-old Aghas Khachatryan. During a personal search, a 9 mm caliber Beretta-type pistol with a magazine containing ammunition was found on G. Sargsyan.

It has been determined that these individuals deliberately disrupted the normal operation of the pub, displayed a blatant disrespect towards the public, and intentionally damaged the property of the pub. By the investigator's decision, forensic medical and forensic examinations have been scheduled. According to G. Shamshyan, G. Sargsyan works as a director at 'Gazprom Armenia AutoGas' LLC, while R. Abrahamyan is the director of 'Araratgaz' LLC.
