Edmon Marukyan Should Not Decide What Kind of Leader Nikol Pashinyan Should Be: Lena Nazaryan
Member of the 'My Step' faction and Vice Speaker of the National Assembly, Lena Nazaryan, advises leader of the LHK faction, Edmon Marukyan, to reflect on his own behavior instead of giving advice on Nikol Pashinyan's conduct.
“I believe that Edmon Marukyan should not decide what kind of leader Nikol Pashinyan should be. Every politician decides for themselves what kind of person they want to be. It would be better for Mr. Marukyan to think about how he wants to be,” Nazaryan told reporters at the National Assembly, responding to Marukyan's criticisms of Pashinyan following the government program.
Commenting on Edmon Marukyan's speech during the discussion of the government's program at the National Assembly, Lena Nazaryan said that the criticism from Marukyan only brought to her mind the word “munaṭ,” which does not create any substantive value. “I would like to see a much more substantive conversation from them. Honestly, their critical rhetoric was a bit bankrupt, but there was also a response to it,” said Lena Nazaryan.
