Black Ice and Snow: Road Conditions in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of 22:45, there are closed and difficult-to-pass roads in Armenia.

Specifically, the Vardenis Mountain Pass is difficult for light vehicles and closed for heavy trucks.

There is black ice on the Goris-Sisian and Sotk-Karmiravan roads, as well as in the Ashotzk and Amasia regions of Shirak Province and on the roads in Goris and Sisian cities of Syunik Province, particularly in the area known as 'Meghru Hill.'

Additionally, there is heavy snowfall on the road in the village of Tsovagyugh in Gegharkunik Province.
