How Joseph Aghajanyan's Murder Video Emerged on the Internet

The head of the Police Information and Public Relations Department, Ashot Aharonyan, addressed the issue of the circulation of the video related to the murder of Joseph Aghajanyan, who was killed in 1996, during a press conference held today.

It is worth mentioning that the video was shared on Facebook by a user named Narek Malyan.

“I don’t know how he got it; we checked with our secretariat. The letter was sent by a lawyer; we provided it to the lawyer. Please check if Narek Malyan got it from the lawyer or if the lawyer provided it. We provided it to the lawyer. If I am not mistaken, Narek Malyan had written to inform whom he got it from,” Aharonyan stated.

Aharonyan noted that they provide numerous videos to various lawyers each month if such materials are available to them.
