Facebook Blocks Fake Page 'Dukhov Hayastan'

Facebook has dismantled the fake page 'Dukhov Hayastan' that was spreading disinformation. This was reported by Daniel Ioannisyan, the program coordinator of the 'Informed Citizens' non-governmental organization.

“As a result of cooperation with Facebook's regional office, we have disabled the 'Dukhov Hayastan' fake page, which was calling people to attend rallies with knives, disconnect gas meters, and more,” he stated in his Facebook post.

“The 'Informed Citizens' initiative will spare no effort to protect the Armenian domain of Facebook from fake news,” he added.
