Difficult and Blocked Roads in the Republic

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of January 24 at 08:00, there are difficult and blocked roads in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed only for vehicles with trailers.

On the Sotk-Karabakh highway, in the Shirak region's Ashotsk and Amasia areas, and on roads in the Syunik region, there is occasional black ice.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.

According to information received from the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepanstminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
