The Court Hearing of General Manvel Postponed

The appeal regarding the preventive measure for former National Assembly deputy Manvel Grigoryan has been postponed at the Court of Appeals of Armenia.

According to Armenpress, Grigoryan's lawyer Arsen Mkrtchyan stated this in a conversation with journalists. “The hearing has been postponed for technical reasons; there is a need for the provision of certain documents. A reasonable period has been allocated, and the hearing will take place on another day,” Mkrtchyan said.

He noted that Manvel Grigoryan did not attend the hearing as his health did not permit it. “If he is given the opportunity and his health allows, he will participate in the hearings,” Mkrtchyan said.
