Emergency Medical Help Called for Manvel Grigoryan at Night: Lawyer
Former MP Manvel Grigoryan required emergency medical assistance last night. This was stated by Grigoryan's lawyer, Arsen Mkrtchyan, during a conversation with reporters at the Court of Appeals.
He noted that his client has been visiting the hospital for both outpatient and inpatient treatment since being released from detention.
“If a person's condition is serious, it does not mean they must be bedridden,” he said.
Manvel Grigoryan was detained on June 19. He is accused of illegally acquiring military supplies and storing them in his properties in agreement with others, including his wife Nazik Amiryan, daughter Aytsemnik Grigoryan, and residents of Ejmiadzin Seyran Azaryan and Armen Hakobyan. He is also charged with embezzling significant property entrusted to him with the prior agreement of a group of individuals.
