Arsen Babayan Submits Resignation

“I assure you that I have taken this step with great pride and joy. The period during which I worked under the leadership of Mr. Babloyan has left a profound imprint on me, and the knowledge and experience I gained during that time will always be among my greatest assets,” Babayan wrote.
