Edmond Marukyan Elected Leader of 'Bright Armenia'

The head of the 'Bright Armenia' faction in the National Assembly will be the party's president, Edmond Marukyan, while Gevorg Gorgisyan will serve as the secretary. This information was provided to Tert.am by Ani Samsonyan, a member of the 'Bright Armenia' faction, adding that the meeting of the faction of the 7th convocation of the National Assembly has just concluded, during which four decisions were made.

“The first decision adopted the regulations of the 'Bright Armenia' faction, which declare the general principles of the faction's work, the rights and obligations of the deputy, as well as the rights and obligations of experts and assistants,” said Ani Samsonyan.

According to the second decision, Edmond Marukyan was unanimously elected as the faction leader, with Gevorg Gorgisyan as the secretary. “And the fourth decision is known to all of you, the decision of the deputy speaker, the record of Mane Tandilyan is signed,” added the deputy.
