Postanjian to Defend the Interests of 'Sasna Tsrer' Members Pavel Manukyan and Armen Bilyan

The high-profile case involving ten members of the 'Sasna Tsrer' group has taken a new turn, as Zaruhi Postanjian has been engaged as the defense attorney for Pavel Manukyan and Armen Bilyan, who are among the accused. The presiding judge Mesrop Makyan made the corresponding decision during today's court session.

“You all know my relationship with them—both professional and friendly—therefore, it was indeed necessary to represent them. They approached me, and I am representing them,” Postanjian stated in a conversation with reporters.

When asked about Armen Bilyan being accused of a serious crime, among other charges, she responded that from the very beginning she expressed her opinion that they are innocent and should receive a verdict of acquittal.
