What is Posted on Arthur Meschian's Study Ceiling: 'Hraparak'

"On October 21, Arthur Meschian, appointed the chief architect of Yerevan, is working diligently for 10-12 hours a day. He has posted the map of Yerevan on the ceiling of his study, so that every visitor, when looking up at the ceiling, can see the map of Yerevan.
Perhaps with the mindset that only Yerevan is 'above' him, and not the mayor, prime minister, or any other official."
