VIDEO: Tragic Accident in Yerevan; Driver Died on the Spot

A serious and tragic traffic accident occurred in Yerevan. Auroranews.am has received a video from listeners showing that a Kamaz truck veered off the roadway on David Bek Street under unclear circumstances and crashed into a residential building.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, the driver, who was trapped in the vehicle, died on the spot. A rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' special rescue operations center arrived to retrieve his body.

In connection with the accident, a criminal case has been initiated in the investigative department, where the identities of the vehicle and the damaged house owners, as well as the deceased driver, are being determined.
