VIDEO: Dog Tied to Car and Dragged
Auroranews.am has received footage from listeners showing a distressing scene where a dog is tied to a car and being dragged along the road.
Auroranews.am reached out to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in a conversation with us, they stated: "We will take measures as soon as possible to locate the driver."
