The Examination and Testing Center Responds to Applicants' Complaints
Many applicants are experiencing difficulties accessing the Examination and Testing Center's website, dimord.am, to complete their admission applications. Issues have arisen during the application process for the second round of higher education entrance exams, prompting citizens to express their dissatisfaction on the Facebook page of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Zhanna Andreasyan.
According to the applicants, although the deadline is set for May 10 at 18:00, the system was closed as early as the night of May 9 to 10.
Khachanuish Grigoryan, the press secretary of the Examination and Testing Center, clarified in an interview with Sputnik Armenia that the disruption was due to excessive load on the system. He stated that applicants often wait until the last day, monitoring the number of other applicants and assessing their opportunities for professional orientation, which causes the system to be overwhelmed.
The Examination and Testing Center assures that all applicants wishing to register will be given the opportunity and that no one will be excluded from the process. Grigoryan added that there may be a supplementary announcement, but there are no grounds for panic. Currently, the website operates under heavy load, and it is recommended that individuals attempt to register again after unsuccessful attempts.
