Wildberries Resumes Sales of Armenian Products Abroad

Wildberries has announced the gradual resumption of sales of products made in and labeled as Armenian outside the country's borders, following the regulation of new customs requirements and documentation processes.

“Wildberries informs about the phased resumption of sales of certain products produced and labeled in the Republic of Armenia outside its borders. Previously, due to the entry into force of new customs regulations and the necessity for sellers to present additional documents to confirm product origin, some supplies encountered delays in processing and additional checks at sorting centers. To regulate the processes and prevent further delays, the availability of certain product cards outside the Republic of Armenia was temporarily restricted.

In collaboration with state authorities, partners, and stakeholders, a roadmap has been developed to resolve the situation, within which the availability of Armenian-made product cards has already been partially restored. As part of implementing the roadmap, sellers are also provided with support, including personalized technical assistance and promotion of goods, aimed at ensuring the full restoration of sales.

In the next phases, the resumption of sales for products manufactured both within the EAEU and outside of it is also planned. At the same time, the company continues to work with sellers on gathering necessary documents to ensure the complete restoration of sales.

Additionally, the company is working at an accelerated pace to expand the technical capabilities of the platform, aiming to automate the processing and verification of documents. A special section labeled “Made in Armenia” will also be launched on the platform, showcasing products manufactured in the Republic of Armenia.
