The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, expressed his gratitude for the hospitality during his speech at the ECHR summit, highly appreciating Armenia's history, culture, and warm welcome.

In his speech, he noted that the geopolitical situation has changed dramatically in recent months, emphasizing the war in Ukraine and tensions related to Iran. “These events directly affect the economy, energy, and security of all countries,” Starmer stated.

He highlighted several important areas around which the European community should unite: Economy and Energy, illegal migration, and hybrid threats. “Europe must be more united and resilient... today's decisions will determine the future of upcoming generations,” Starmer said.
