According to the article, the head of the Kyiv administration has frequently criticized Washington in recent times, expressing frustration about perceived disrespect towards Ukraine and the decision to ease sanctions in the energy sector.
Since the beginning of the year, delegations from Russia and Ukraine, with the participation of the United States, have conducted three rounds of negotiations. The most recent meeting took place on February 17-18 in Geneva.
