Russia is Eternal: Vladimir Putin
During a meeting of the Council of Legislators, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin spoke about the need for reform in the country's legal system. In his address, the leader emphasized that in order to face modern challenges, domestic legislation must become more progressive and dynamic.
The President insisted that in the current complex situation, one cannot focus solely on restrictive measures. Putin noted that excessive legal and administrative barriers slow down the state's progress, while the purpose of laws should be to ensure prospects for future development.
Commenting on the unprecedented risks faced by the country, the President expressed confidence that they can be overcome. He underscored that the current difficulties are temporary, while the foundations of the state remain intact.
“Excessive prohibitions slow down development. All of this is temporary, fleeting phenomena. And Russia is eternal. Our legislation should be flexible, dynamic, progressive, and forward-looking,” stated President Vladimir Putin.
