Time Works Against Iran, Trump Says
Donald Trump has addressed Iran, noting that time is working against the country, and he feels no pressure to quickly end the war.
"For the few people who still follow the delusional 'The New York Times' or the fake news from CNN and believe that I am somehow eager to bring the war with Iran to a close (if it can even be called that), they should know the following: I am probably the person who feels the least pressure of anyone who has ever held this office. I have all the time in the world, while Iran does not. The clock is ticking.
Some media outlets are rapidly losing their audiences and subscribers because they are no longer credible. Iran’s naval forces are at the bottom of the sea, and their air forces are devastated. Their air defense systems and radar equipment have been destroyed, and their leaders are no longer with us. The blockade is airtight and secure, and the situation will only get worse, as time is not on their side.
A deal will only be signed when it is appropriate and beneficial for the United States, our allies, and, in fact, the entire world," Trump stated.
