China Issues 'Strong' Warning to U.S. President

China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has officially denied U.S. President Donald Trump's claims that the Iranian ship "Touska," intercepted by American forces, was carrying a special cargo or "gift" sent from Beijing. The Chinese side stated that the accusations from Washington are unfounded.

During a press conference, Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian reiterated the country’s stance, noting that Beijing remains committed to fulfilling its international obligations. The diplomat emphasized that China, as a responsible great power, strictly adheres to established legal norms and agreements.

This reaction follows the U.S. leader's statement accusing Beijing of violating agreed-upon terms. Donald Trump claimed that the detained cargo ship was transporting goods sent by the Chinese side, which, according to him, highlights a disregard for international agreements.

Official Beijing urged to refrain from baseless accusations and to rely solely on accurate facts, emphasizing the transparency of its actions on the international stage.
