Rain Will Not Stop: Intense Precipitation Expected
Intense rainfall is expected across significant parts of the Republic of Armenia on April 21, during the night of the 22nd, and throughout the day on the 23rd. Rain is forecasted in various regions on the 24th and 25th, with thunderstorms in some areas.
On April 21, heavy precipitation will occur in several regions, while mountainous areas may see mixed precipitation in the form of wet snow during morning hours. Dry weather is expected on the afternoon of April 22 and during the night of April 23.
The information was provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia. During thunderstorms, wind gusts are anticipated to reach speeds of 16-19 m/s.
From April 22 to 24, air temperatures are expected to gradually rise by 5-7 degrees Celsius during the daytime.
In Yerevan, rain and thunderstorms are also forecasted on April 21, the night of the 22nd, and from the afternoon of the 23rd to the 25th. Wind gusts during thunderstorms may reach speeds of 15-18 m/s.
On the afternoon of April 22 and during the night hours of the 23rd to the 25th, dry weather is expected. Today's daytime temperatures in the capital will range from 13 to 15 degrees Celsius, while evening temperatures will register around 9 to 11 degrees.
