Israel Resumes Strikes in Lebanon

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have launched a series of strikes in southern Lebanon despite a ceasefire agreement. The IDF command stated that the attacks were carried out to eliminate the “immediate threat” posed by armed groups that violated the ceasefire and approached Israeli positions.

The operation involved the Air Force, artillery, and ground divisions. The IDF emphasized that the ceasefire does not limit the army's right to self-defense, and Israeli forces will continue to purge any terrorist infrastructure from areas under their control.
