“We announced back in August 2021 that peace would be our highest goal, and that supreme goal has now been realized. The question arises: at what cost? At the cost that was feasible to achieve it. Yes, at the cost of numerous casualties and sacrifices, countless deprivations and sufferings, going through hell. But today we have what has been our ultimate goal from the very beginning: a state, peace, development, and prospects,” said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a presentation of the government's program at the National Assembly.

“The narrative that 'Karabakh was ours and is no longer ours' is the philosophy and concept of our remaining trapped in a geopolitical snare. The reality is that the Republic of Armenia was not ours and is no longer ours,” the Prime Minister stated. More in the video.
