How to Register on the Voter List: New Application Deadlines
In the Republic of Armenia, voters who are not registered can submit an application to the authorized body to be temporarily included in the voter list to participate in the voting.
Applications will be accepted after the formation of polling stations (starting from April 23). Consequently, the application must be submitted to the authorized body, specifically the territorial division of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, no later than 12 days before the voting day by 14:00, meaning by May 26.
The application is submitted for temporary inclusion in the voter list, indicating the address of residence in Armenia on the voting day.
Applications can be submitted both electronically and on paper. Electronic applications must be secured with an electronic digital signature. If the application is submitted on behalf of a voter who is not registered in the Republic of Armenia, the applicant is required to present a notarized power of attorney.
The forms and procedures for notification regarding the inclusion in the voter list based on the location or preferred polling station is defined by the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia.
