Video: Even Now, They Haven't Been Able to Move 100,000 People from Artsakh, Kochinyan

After returning from Azerbaijan, the president and coordinator of the Armenian Council analytical center, Arek Kochinyan, addressed the topic of relocating 300,000 Azerbaijanis to Armenia during a press conference. Kochinyan stated that they have not discussed such 'cheap propaganda topics' and labeled that narrative as low-quality propaganda.

He added that the passports being issued for this purpose are merely pieces of paper printed by some NGO.

According to the analyst, there are people with different perceptions and rigid positions in both societies who believe that peace is impossible. However, he emphasized that the mentioned thesis is unrealistic and blatant propaganda.

'There is no country in the world capable of organizing the relocation and settlement of 300,000 Azerbaijanis in the Republic of Armenia. Until now, they haven't even managed to move 100,000 people from Artsakh,' said Arek Kochinyan.
