You Not Only Have Ties with the Old Guard, You Are the Old Guard: Hayk Konjoryan

The leader of the Civil Contract faction in the National Assembly, Hayk Konjoryan, has published a video on his Facebook page addressing the electoral lists of the ‘Strong Armenia’ and ‘Prosperous Armenia’ parties.

“‘Strong Armenia’ claims that their candidate for prime minister will be Samvel Karapetyan, which is false, because according to the Constitution of Armenia, Samvel Karapetyan cannot be a candidate or, even more so, a prime minister. Gagik Tsarukyan is saying he will not be prime minister at all, because the old guard’s page is closed. This means he acknowledges that he is part of the old guard,” Konjoryan stated.
