Criminal Proceedings Initiated Over Snow Fight Incident

Criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding an incident of organizing a snow fight in Spitak. This was reported to Auroranews by Kim Avdalyan, the press secretary of the Investigative Committee.

On April 4, 2026, the Spitak investigative department of the Lori regional investigative office of the RA Investigative Committee initiated criminal proceedings under Article 195, Part 2, Point 5 of the Criminal Code (physical violence), Article 297, Part 2, Point 1 (hooliganism), and Article 307, Part 2, Point 1 (cruel treatment of animals).

Three individuals have been arrested.
