We Have Passed Through Hell: We Have Emerged from the Geopolitical Trap, Says Pashinyan

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, stated during his speech at the congress of the Civil Contract party that the Republic of Armenia has emerged from the geopolitical trap and reached a peaceful settlement. “Few political forces can achieve such a thing. We have passed through hell, leading our people through hell and bringing them to a peaceful haven,” he said.

According to the Prime Minister, today we stand on the brink of a historical and political revolution. “We are a party of revolutions. However, we thought that with the revolution of 2018, we had completed our revolutionary mission. The revolution in 2021 was also a revolution, and it was carried out by the mothers who nurtured it. We are now on the threshold of a historical and political revolution—which is the ability to live in the internationally recognized territory of the Republic of Armenia without external patronage, making the state interests and the agenda for the durability of the statehood the starting point of all actions. We are at the boundary of this path,” Pashinyan announced.

Additionally, Nikol Pashinyan has been elected as the candidate for Prime Minister by the Civil Contract party.
