Zelensky Should Make a Decision Today: Peskov

Russia's presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has stated that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should make a decision as soon as possible regarding the withdrawal of Ukraine's armed forces from Donbas.

“Zelensky needs to make a decision today,” Peskov said. He argued that such a step could contribute to reducing human losses and halt the active phase of the war.

Peskov also noted that the current pause in the trilateral negotiations around Ukraine has external causes. He claimed that the United States is currently focused on issues in the Middle East, which is affecting the progress of the negotiation process.
