Compensation for HEC Leadership Decreased
In the second half of 2025, the compensation for the senior leadership of HEC amounted to approximately 789 million AMD. This figure is significantly lower than the same period last year.
"During the second half of 2025, under temporary management, the senior leadership of HEC (board of directors, head office, and branches) was compensated with a total of around 789 million AMD. Meanwhile, in the same period of 2024, the total compensation for these high-ranking officials was approximately 1.2 billion AMD. Accordingly, the compensation for the company's senior management decreased by more than 411 million AMD during the first six months of HEC's temporary management (about 35% less than in the same period of 2024). At the same time, the saved funds were directed to the compensation fund of the remaining employees of the company, resulting in over 10.3 billion AMD for the salaries of around 7,000 employees in the second half of 2025, which is around 400 million AMD more than in the same period of 2024," he stated.
