Samvel Karapetyan Is in a Marginalized Position in Europe: Vahagn Aleksanyan

“What good partners does Samvel Karapetyan have in Europe? In Britain, where his businesses are under sanctions? In France, where, it seems, there are accusations against him or companies connected to him for money laundering?” said MP Vahagn Aleksanyan during a press conference with reporters.

“This man is in a marginalized position in Europe; he is a vulnerable person under sanctions. Perhaps this is yet another one of their fairy tales about foreign relations,” Aleksanyan added.

It is worth noting that Narek Karapetyan, coordinator of the ‘Strong Armenia’ party, said during one of the meetings: “The Azerbaijani leader, being the son of his father, has significant connections. What connections does our leader have, how can he negotiate among those layers? And Samvel Karapetyan has substantial connections; we need a leader like that.”
