Kocharian's Bodyguard Killed the 'Privet, Rob' Democrat, Rubinyan Says
I believe that one of the most important aspects of human upbringing is the ability to apologize, and I am proud that the Prime Minister has done just that. This was stated by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan during a press briefing, referring to Robert Kocharian's comments regarding a recent incident in the metro, where he noted that speaking in such a tone indicates a lack of upbringing according to the Armenian code.
“Robert Kocharian’s bodyguard killed the Democrat who said ‘Privet, Rob’, and after that, not only did he not apologize for it, but there is also a well-known video where he says, ‘If that man were alive, I would have said a couple of things to him,’” he emphasized.
