How Much Will You Give to Displaced Persons from Artsakh from the $200 Million Theft? Hayk Konjoryan to Levon Kocharian

“Last year, the Armenian Government took a $220 million loan to address the housing needs of those forcibly displaced from Artsakh,” noted Hayk Konjoryan, the leader of the My Step faction, during his speech in the National Assembly while addressing Levon Kocharian of the Armenia faction.

“Junior Kocharian, from Robert Kocharian’s family, the prosecution is demanding $200 million for theft. How much of that will you allocate to meet the housing needs of the displaced from Artsakh? Come on, publicly state it instead of just repeating gloomy texts,” Konjoryan said.
