Another Criminal Case Initiated in Connection with the Murder of a 1-Year-Old Child

In Arabkir, a new criminal case has been initiated in connection with the murder of a 1-year-old child, adding to the existing criminal proceedings. This new case pertains to the failure to fulfill or improperly fulfill parental responsibilities, under Article 247 of the Criminal Code. It has been merged with the previous criminal case. An investigation is underway.
