Vardevanyan on Samvel Karapetyan’s Permission for Video Message

Aram Vardevanyan, the defense attorney of Samvel Karapetyan, has stated that they are awaiting a decision from the Investigative Committee regarding Karapetyan’s permission to deliver a video message.

“We are listening, we are waiting. You said Probation-Probation, and now it has been confirmed that the Investigative Committee must grant permission. Since January, February, and March,” he wrote.

He emphasized that they continue to wait for the Investigative Committee’s decision on Samvel Karapetyan’s permission to deliver a video message. “We applied for this in January, February, and March... This time it seems we are getting the permission. Let’s wait and see, but during this time, it was confirmed that more lies and manipulations were spreading, as the Probation Service could not grant such permission, nor had it done so,” said Vardevanyan.
