Minister of Internal Affairs on Changes to Driving Tests and Licenses

The driving licenses are fully and entirely digitized. This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Arpine Sargsyan, during a session of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Defense and Security.

“We have provided our citizens with the opportunity to participate in extraordinary theoretical or practical exams for obtaining a driver's license,” the minister said.
