Trump Threatens to Destroy South Pars Gas Field

US President Donald Trump commented on the situation surrounding Iran's South Pars gas field in a post on the Truth Social platform, threatening new escalation if Tehran strikes Qatar again. He claimed that the United States had not been informed in advance about the Israeli attack.

According to Trump, Israel hit the South Pars, damaging a relatively small portion of the facility. He also noted that Israel would no longer attack the South Pars, labeling it an important and high-value asset for Iran.

“If Iran targets Qatar again, the US will strike that gas field with a force that Iran has never seen,” Trump wrote.
